Mac and Jack play father to a baby caught up in a counterfeiting scheme
MISSION: When it’s mother is forced into hiding by counterfeiters, a young baby is left in Jack Dalton’s care. MacGyver, Jack, and Pete do their best to solve the funny money problem while keeping the kid safe.
This week’s highlights include:
Money laundering (Crime)
Money laundering is the process of transforming the proceeds of crime into ostensibly legitimate money or other assets. However, in a number of legal and regulatory systems, the term money laundering has become conflated with other forms of financial crime, and sometimes used more generally to include misuse of the financial system (involving things such as securities, digital currencies, credit cards, and traditional currency), including terrorism financing and evasion of international sanctions. Most anti-money laundering laws openly conflate money laundering (which is concerned with source of funds) with terrorism financing (which is concerned with destination of funds) when regulating the financial system.

When you guys get to “Early Retirement” you will notice that the overlook tower from the Wingman Bar is used as part of the defueling room for the episode. So my guess is that the Wingman Bar is indeed a built set for the show, they just happened to have the elaborate airplane and some of the other items around. The room is definitely the same and most likely a stage room somewhere at Bridge Studios!
